Brio needs a Salesforce Practice Lead to join our growing team.

The primary job of the Salesforce Practice Lead is to plan, design, and architect enterprise-level solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. In this role, the Salesforce Practice Lead puts their expertise of Salesforce to use by leading teams through the discovery, design, development, and deployment of customized solutions that meet the needs of each given client.

In this position, the Salesforce Practice Lead also oversees the Salesforce line of business at BRIO and supervises a team of consultants and Salesforce Administrators.

The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and it’s capabilities, and can apply them to businesses in a range of industries, from law to healthcare. Previous experience with custom Salesforce implementations is required.

  • Assess how the business needs of a client can be fulfilled with the Salesforce.com platform and define project scope, requirements, and definitions;

  • Communicate between business and technical teams throughout a project lifecycle to ensure that specific deliverables meet requirements;

  • Own the implementation of each Salesforce project, participating in sprint planning, task creation, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing;

  • Conducting workshops and training on Salesforce;

  • Training, managing, and overseeing BRIO’s consultants and Salesforce Administrators;

  • Establishing effective goals, targets, and policies to increase efficiency and productivity in BRIO’s Salesforce department;

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

APEX

BRIO needs a full-time or contract Salesforce Developer. APEX experience is a must.

You must have a strong understanding of Salesforce products, development, and technologies, including SOQL, APEX Classes, APEX triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Visualforce Components.You should be familiar with Salesforce Application Design Patterns, best practices, and integration patterns as well as configuration experience with standard and custom objects and fields. Experience in Salesforce flows, custom app building, and SQL is a plus.

Developer

Brio needs a SQL Developer to join our team.

The Position
BRIO designs and develops custom web applications, portals, and sites. We're looking for a SQL Developer with a strong technical understanding of data translations and migrations.

The Work and Technology
We're looking for someone who can weigh business decisions against technical best practices, and can deliver high-quality solutions that provides the best combination of functionality, performance, and ease of maintenance for our clients. Specifically, you must:

  • Have strong knowledge and experience using T-SQL, including writing complex queries for ad-hoc requests and data analysis
  • Have experience developing database schemas and designing / creating database optimizations
  • Bonus points for a technical understanding of Salesforce languages and frameworks (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning) as well as key technical aspects of Salesforce integrations.

Developer

Brio is searching for a full-time Full Stack .NET Developer.

The Position
BRIO designs and develops custom web applications, portals, and sites. Our 25-person team works on these digital projects for a roster of about 40 active clients, and we need more .NET talent to execute our work.

You’ll work as part of our team to develop custom projects. We’re looking for people who:

  • Creatively approach problem solving;
  • Understand the SDLC, and can see a project through from architecture to deployment (and beyond);
  • Enjoy team collaboration, yet have the ability to work independently;
  • Quickly adapt to and learn changing technologies and platforms;
  • Communicate clearly, easily, and openly, and with both technical and non-technical people;
  • Strive to stay on top of new technologies.

The Work and Technology
You must have a solid foundation in the Microsoft stack, including C#, MVC, .NET 4.6.2, .NET Web API, and T-SQL. Knowledge of .NET Core, Angular, and Azure services is a plus. Our work is heavily web-based and also requires knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, and Kendo.
